Cara began practicing yoga in 2008 when she decided to explore her curiosity and go learn what yoga was all about. Stepping into the studio and on the mat that first time changed her life. Since then, she’s continued to be a student of yoga and remains on the path of internal discovery and growth.
As a Yoga Alliance RYT® 200 registered teacher, Cara brings a fun yet calming energy to her classes, focusing on pranayama (focused breathing) as well as strengthening the mind and body. Her goal is to provide her students the same feelings of comfort and security that her teachers cultivated in her and to help guide them on their own path of discovery and growth, learning how yoga can enhance their lives.
