Melania Wyszomierska is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She mixed her practice with full-body workouts. In 2021 she graduated MBSR course - Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.In March 2023 she completed Hatha Yoga Course. In April 2023 she completed Blackroll Breathing Course. In October 2023 she completed Online Meditation Teacher Training, YACEP. Further, she completed Restorative Yoga Teacher Training, YACEP & Yoga Nidra. She feels best at Ashtanga & Vinyasa Flow.
