Chantelle Henn - Chanti Yoga is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).

Chantelle, also called Chanti, my nickname coincidentaly derives from the Sanskrit word "Shanti," meaning peace. I embody the unconventional belief that peace is not found in an absence of noise, discomfort, or hard work, but rather in keeping a calm in heart amidst life's challenges. I am a dedicated yoga instructor International Registered Yoga Alliance Certified), with over 11 years of yoga experience, and have been teaching for over 2 years. I aspires to guide my students towards finding more peace within themselves, both on and the mat and in their lives. 

I offer regular weekly yoga classes to help you cultivate a consistent yoga practice. Additionally I offer workshops to deep dive in to movement and creativity. Through a playful and dynamic approach to yoga, I encourage students to explore on the mat and gain some understanding of the human body.I strongly believe that increased mindfulness, flexibility, and esteem in one's movements can reconnect us to our authentic selves to help us move through life with more confidence and grace.
