Greetings, Nicole here! :) I began my study and yoga journey in 2017 with no expectations to teach; just curiosity about the human body, physical exercise, and why was yoga making me feel better. Naturally, I started teaching classes weekly at the gym I was working at, sharing Gentle Hatha, Hatha Flow, Yin yoga, and applying my newfound knowledge to Mobility & Functional Movement classes. As I continue to evolve, my keen curiosity of the mind-body connection, meditation, and holistic healing has led me to continue learning more. It brings me great joy to share these teachings. With the intention of delivering mindful movement, practice of presence, self-love affirmation, anatomy-informed sequencing, trauma-informed language, and curiosity, my hope is to provide an experience of Being in the body, befriending the Mind, and develop an understanding of how miraculous you truly are.
