Henry is now an RYT 500 Yoga teacher with yoga alliance, he started exploring his yoga journey in 2002 with his friend and teacher. After his first 200hrs TTC, he got a spinal disc herniation which made him more aware of  different anatomy of body. 

In 2019, Henry was inspired by his Yin Yoga teacher, Nicky Hadjithoma. By telling that different body has different range of motion and anatomy structure. We shouldn’t forcibly do any asana in aesthetics alignment without knowing our body. And Yoga is not just a physical practice, but also mind and mental practice. Thus, he studied 150 hours yin yoga TTC with her.

Henry deeply understand that practicing yoga with ego is harming ourselves . He goes further studying yoga therapy and Ayurveda 300hours TTC for providing personal designated yoga practice and therapy. 

Henry also comply hypnotherapy and reiki healing bordering his therapy path. His pursuit of spiritual growth beyond yoga ; hypnosis & reiki healing. He also is an experienced Tarot partitioners ,with Access Bar Practitioner certification, Akashi Record qualification to heal people in a more holistic way. He keeps exploring the alternative ancient therapy like Ayurveda, Chinese meridian therapy and believes yoga helps not only to our physical body and also helps us awakening our mind and awareness to connect our body, mind and soul.
