Tracey Seida is an artist, writer and yoga teacher who lives on the beautiful Canada Prairies.
After retiring from a career in education and many years of practicing yoga herself, Tracey enrolled in the RYT-200 yoga teacher program at Heartwood Yoga Institute in Bradenton, Florida, graduating in October 2022. She later returned to complete the RYT-300 program at Heartwood in February 2023.
Tracey has also been certified in Restorative, Yin and Chair yoga.
Tracey's goal as a yoga instructor is to provide accessible yoga classes that will help people connect with their bodies and practice mindfulness to help meet the twists and turns of life with joy and grace.
She currently teaches yoga to children with developmental disabilities, autism and acquired brain injury at a social service agency, and a trauma-informed yoga class for people experiencing homelessness at another social service agency. Tracey also teaches a variety of yoga classes in her community.
