I began my interest in body and mind at a young age (19 years old) in Florianopolis, known as the Island of Magic in the south of Brazil.
I started by taking courses in relaxing massage and lymphatic drainage at the Mayeves school, and soon after I discovered power yoga through my regular surfing practice.
My life path led me to Switzerland where I studied design and worked in visual communication. I have been active in this field for over 20 years. After a difficult period, I found my emotional and professional balance thanks to yoga and my partner, currently our family is entirely devoted to yoga thanks to our two beautiful boys (our best masters) and our very recent yoga studio, DEVA Yoga in Geneva.
I continue to learn and train with Sri Andrei Ram several times a year, but also with teachers from the Dharma Mittra lineage. My classes are both intense and gentle, always rooted in the tradition, I pay particular attention to the energetic and functional aspects, but they are also infused with various techniques that do not necessarily belong to yoga. I am always inspired by various forms of movement, neuroscience, capoeira, calisthenics, Kung Fu, Qi gong, in order to create a fluid, organic and accessible combination.
