I'm a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) with yoga Alliance. As a yogi, my main focus is on my Sadhana - my spiritual practice - that includes daily meditation, pranayama, and asana practices, as well as readings, and contemplation. I'm also a traveller, a dancer, and an actor. By combining self- expressive arts, I help others to unite with their inner truth. My teaching style reflects my life, as I'm aiming to have a balance between the flow of the present moment and intentional structure.
