Crystal has been practicing yoga as a personal spiritual and physical practice for over 15 years but it was only in 2022 that she finally decided to take teacher training. Her favourite styles are anything Slow Flow and Maha Hatha. She recently completed her Yin yoga training is excited to add this patient style to her teaching repertoire.
