My yoga journey began in 2008 at a local YMCA in Tampa, Florida.
I teach vinyasa yoga and yin yoga, specializing in hot yoga for both styles. Through breath and flow, I invite students to safely explore and strengthen their bodies while recharging their spirits for life off the mat.
I strive to offer a practice that is fun, dynamic, and empowering. My greatest joy is creating a space where students can feel completely safe and fully home in their own body.
