Helen first discovered yoga in 2014 and was impressed by the benefits of regular yoga practice both physically and mentally. She realised yoga is not only about how you are on the mat, but how you are as a person. After further deepening her knowledge with her 200-hour yoga teacher training and 15-hour wheel yoga teacher training, she would love to share her learning and experiences through teaching yoga.
Helen loves both dynamic and static practices as they bring about different body and mind benefits. Her classes are suitable for multi-level practitioners and beginners are also welcome.
