Emily’s lifelong passion for fitness has included running, swimming, hiking and weight training. She turned to yoga to heal from a running injury in 2011 and fell in love with the practice. Her journey has continued ever since and 2022, Emily completed her RYT200-hour training with the Kootenay Yoga School.
Emily incorporates numerous health and wellness practices, but she is especially drawn to power yoga because of its balance between building strength and flexibility.
Emily’s classes are challenging but offer options for all levels. Her light-hearted approach to teaching creates a fun, inclusive and playful experience.
