Passionate about sharing ancient wisdom to help people navigate the stresses of modern life I am devoted to teaching traditional yoga, mindfulness & meditation as well as supporting people through coaching. 

Beyond asana/postures, this practice is a process of self-transformation and self-inquiry through focusing on the breath and body alignment as a natural way to achieve wellbeing of the subtle and physical body.  Yoga deals with bringing strength and ease raising consciousness and self awareness.
