Mary Knight is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).

I knew my life was changed in 2011 when I was invited to my first yoga class, I just couldn't have imagined how much. In 2015, I moved to SF, met Yoga Master, Laxman Panthi, and routinely practiced traditional Ashtanga and Vinyasa. In 2017, I went with Laxman to Nepal. There, immersed in the birthplace of yoga, the idea of becoming a yoga teacher took root.

In 2020, I started to experience chronic pain. I tried everything yet only yoga offered relief. As I deepened my personal practice, I also had the opportunity to guide coworkers, family, and friends in the practice of yoga. And yet, I wanted more. In the spring of 2022, I met Elka - Master Teacher whose been teaching yoga for 19 years and trained over 300 yoga teachers.

I felt called to become a certified yoga teacher in order to share all that yoga has taught me with more people - connection to breath and body but also deep healing, release, and spiritual growth.
