In my twenties my interest for tantric Tibetan Buddhism and tantric Yoga began.

My fascination for India and Eastern culture inspired me to volunteer in South India for almost a decade.

During this time I become acquainted with local culture and aspects of yoga.

In 2019 I completed a 3 year Teacher Training certification at the ISYCO Institute for the Study of Yoga and Eastern Culture in Turin, Italy. There I had the good fortune to learn from gifted teachers, who remain a constant source of inspiration. 

In 2021 I completed the 300 hours Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) Certification Program, an highly transformative training to offer adjunctive treatment for complex trauma and PTSD-related issues.

In 2022 I completed the 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training with Siddhi Yoga International, an Indian Yoga school offering teachings based on traditional yoga deepest roots.

I extend my sincere gratitude to all the teachers I studied with who have inspired me to continue my path of yoga.

I offer hatha-yoga classes open to all levels.

I offer Trauma Sensitive Yoga classes.
