My name is Alice I am French. I discovered Hatha Yoga from Swasthi studio (Vishnu) in Qatar only in 2019. It was a revelation, I had to share this with everyone. I had to wait for the pandemic to ease, and for my 4th baby to be born to finally start my Yoga Teacher Training with Vishnu in 2022. I started teaching in September 2022 and I don't see how I could stop teaching! It is a real passion for me.
