With a passion for holistic wellness, she earned her 200-hour teacher certificate in Integrated Hatha Yoga in 2022, followed by her 300-hour advanced teacher training in April 2024. A proud veteran of the U.S. Army, she brings discipline and compassion to her practice, eagerly offering support to seniors, fellow veterans, and all members of her community.
