I am a Register Yoga Teach (RYT) with Yoga Alliance and I completed my 200 hour teacher training with Your Yoga Flow. My teaching style is gentle in nature, providing lots of modifications and variations with the goal to include everyone who is interested in practicing. I incorporate flexibility, strength and balance work into all of my classes.
Since completed my 200 hour training I have furthered my yoga education, completing a Gentle Yoga Teacher training virtually with Emily Carter and I am currently enrolled in a 100 hour Children's Yoga Training and a yoga teacher mentorship program with Your Yoga Flow.
