Magda Staniek @ Verida Yoga is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).

She studied Yoga at the Ashland Yoga Center in Ashland, Oregon, USA; Yoga Sanctuary in Malahide, Ireland; and Samadi Yoga in Dublin, Ireland.

Magda specialises in workshop style Yoga classes that focus on each person's abilities and individual aspirations, with special attention given to good alignment.  She is particularly passionate about bringing the joys of Yoga to underrepresented groups, such as those with disabilities or age related movement limitations.

Magda is keen on helping beginners, especially those who may have been put off before by large or fast paced classes.
