Hello, I'm Nicole Starr Bacon, a seasoned wellness practitioner with over 13 years of experience in various modalities. My journey began with yoga, earning my 200 RYT certification in 2012 and subsequently becoming an E-RYT. Since then, I've expanded my expertise to include Health and Wellness Coaching, Myofascial Release, Thai Yoga Bodywork, Reiki Mastery, and Mindfulness Training.

In 2015, I deepened my skills with Therapeutic Thai Yoga Bodywork training and later pursued a Yin Yoga certification in 2016. I'm proud to have founded and successfully operated Bending Branch Yoga, fostering a warm and inclusive community.

My commitment to holistic wellness led me to become a Holy Fire® Reiki Master Teacher in 2021 and obtain certification as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach in 2022. Continuing my education, I completed a 500 RYT through Yoga Medicine® in 2023.

Furthering my academic pursuits, I obtained a Bachelor of Art in Psychology with a concentration in mental health in 2023. Currently, I'm pursuing a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in trauma and crisis.
