Namaste.
I began yoga as a student in India back in 2012, practicing for a few years while I was pursuing my Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Computer Science & worked in Corporate Sector as well. Whilst that duration, I also started working for part-time aa an assistance yoga instructor to learn how to teach from my first teacher. Stared as a volunteer, ended as a part time employee. Such an amazing experience that was.
Feeling unfulfilled in an office job as a back-end developer, I took a giant leap and walked through the doors of Kaivalyadham Yoga Institute, Lonavla, India, in 2015.
That's when, I found an infectious passion for yoga. My teachers throughout the years have touched my heart more than they will ever know. As a dedicated instructor, I enjoy practicing & teaching yoga and learning about the many realms of the yoga spectrum. Yoga gives us the tools to calmly navigate stressful situations when both the body and mind are challenged. Learning to control and conserve breath is incredibly important, especially when stressed.
In the next two years I completed two more teacher's training courses in Yoga & Vedanta Practice and Philosophy from Sivanada Ashram, Rishikesh and Master's in Yoga Therapy from the Tamil Nadu Physical Education and Sports University, Chennai. I am also certified with Yoga Alliance USA with 200 & 300 hours, in Hatha Yoga & Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, back in 2018-19, respectively.
Served as yoga instructor in One-to-Many (Corporate) as well as in One-to-One Structure in various places with different designations in India and Vietnam.
I am currently living in Rajkot, Gujarat. I teach independently to a variety of students in several countries online (including India, USA & UK) and on-site locally.
Thanks for the read.
Namaste.
