Evi Constantinidou is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Yoga found Evi in 2015 and it has been a source of physical and mental strength for her since then. Having worked in a corporate environment for almost 10 years before becoming a full-time Yoga teacher in 2022, Evi understands how workplace stress can affect our lives. Her classes focus on the benefits of Yoga beyond the postures and shapes, her teaching style is calm and she offers options and pose variations. She will remind you to breathe and hold space for you to feel welcome and accepted, and cultivate connection between body, mind and soul.
