Yuko is here to assist your yoga journey simply and safety. I'm working as Yoga teacher since 2019 at Ashanhti yoga studio in Meabashi. We have 4 Hatha yoga lessons /day at studio and RYT200 program.

My speciality is wealthy knowledge about anatomy, body mechanics and kinematics of Yoga, because I'm working as physiotherapist too. I have classes about anatomy and kinematics in our RYT200 program.
