Melissa fell in love with yoga and began her personal practice in 2007. After 15 years of personal practice, she decided to make a career change and began her journey into teaching yoga.
Melissa specializes in Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Children’s Yoga and believes that yoga is for every BODY. Regardless of age, stage, body-type etc. - if you can breathe, you can do yoga!
