Claire’s journey into yoga began years ago in 2000 when she discovered its transformative power in her own life. She embarked on a rigorous training program with a Registered Yoga School (RYS), where she honed her skills and gained a comprehensive understanding of yoga asanas, philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodologies.
