Kelsey Walling is a 500 hour registered yoga instructor and movement enthusiast from Amador County, California. Kelsey is dedicated to her personal practice and loves to cultivate intelligent offerings for her community.

She has studied 500 hours of yoga with Erin Kelly, Stevi Gongora and Bianca Scalise of Authentic Movements. She has taken continued education courses with Carling Harps and Patrick Beach of Awakening Yoga Academy, and attends NeuroYoga NYC Conferences yearly.

Kelsey’s instruction style is direct, yet approachable and fun; sprinkled with humor and creativity. Her classes are built on the foundations of yoga philosophy, biomechanics, alignment, and mobility. Kelsey currently teaches vinyasa, creative sequencing, restorative and yin style classes. With genuine curiosity and approachable silliness, Kelsey offers inclusive movement for all folx inspired by her love of exploration.
