Hi, I am Viktoria, living in Europe, most of the time near the mountains and the Atlantic Ocean. I love surfing and snowboarding, as well as spending time in nature.
My Yoga Element Yoga style combines Alignment, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. My basic yoga teacher training is a classic Hatha Yoga training.
Currently I teach a Yin Yoga, Mindful Mornings, Moon Energy Flows, Chakra Yoga and Fascia Yoga. Furthermore, I work as coach in the area of stress prevention and I hold stress prevention courses with Hatha Yoga for the German insurances.
