Ashwini is a Yoga and Bollywood Dance instructor at the University of Washington Recreation. She is a certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher specialized in offering yoga support during prenatal and post-partum. Ashwini leads a 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) at University of Washington Recreation. also conducts meditation and prenatal yoga workshops at UW Recreation. Ashwini’s yoga teachings extend beyond Asana practice into honoring yourself and your physical body with compassion to discover and strengthen the mind body breath connection. Her classes incorporate easy to understand posture alignment cues, dynamic fluid movements, nourishing breath exploration techniques, and deep guided mediations.

Ashwini Sadekar is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
