I have completed The Yoga Teachers Education with East + West Yoga school , Yoga Barn School and Awakening Yoga Academy with Patrick Beach and Carling Harps. I have become a certified Pranayama teacher with Svarupa Yoga School lead by Stephen Thomas E-RYT.
I teach Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Pranayama and Awakening Yoga.
I help my students to establish a good relationship with body and mind. In each lesson I lovingly transfer a part of my knowledge so students can become teachers for themselves and practice alone.
I see myself as a permanent student who never stops studying.
I found yoga during a difficult period in my life. I could heal myself. I like to introduce pranayama and Ayurveda foundations to my teaching. I see myself more like a healing professional, than a fitness instructor.
