Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider® (YACEP). Registered Teacher of Yoga and Mundfulness for Children and Youth with an Emphasis on Inclusion and Accessibility (RCYT 200). Certified Teacher in Restorative Yoga (50h Training with Judith Hanson Lasater and Lizzie Lasater).
Always looking for professional development, I am currently pursuing training in Yoga Therapy (Institut de Yoga Thérapie de Lionel Coudron), a technique that combines the millennial experience of yoga with modern science.
I'm founder of the project YOGA Place: Accessible and Inclusive yoga school. I decided to create Yoga Place in France in order to offer a safe place, where people can practice without being judged for their physical, mental, cognitive abilities. As a teacher, I am committed to offering this place to anyone wishing to practice with me. And I really appreciate their trust!
Yoga Place is also a place that each person gives to the practice in their life, in their heart and in their soul. As a teacher, I invest myself with practitioners by giving them my ear and all my necessary support.
