Yayoi is a licensed PT in Japan and was active from 1998 to 2011 in various hospitals and clinics as well as home-based PT. She moved to the US in 2014 and started practicing yoga in 2020. Soon, she was inspired by the idea of mindfulness and self-acceptance in yoga. She is dedicated to help people to balance their lives and physical/mental health through yoga with combination of her yoga practice and PT knowledge/experience. She moved to Germany and is starting her class in December 2023.

She is a Registered Yoga Teacher(RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School(RYS).
