In 2021 I moved to Thailand and completed 500 hours of a Hatha & Vinyasa yoga teacher training.
In 2023 I got pregnant with my first baby, and the mix of information I found online about how to modify my own practice made me decide to go all-in and I completed a Prenatal yoga teacher training.
During my pregnancy I developed a higher respect, love and admiration towards my body and the woman's body in general, and I wanted to continue learning how to best support it during the postpartum period too, so I completed a Postnatal yoga teacher training.
Then my curiosity led me to a Mum & baby yoga teacher training too.
Now, 8 months postpartum I truly believe that yoga had a huge impact in how well I transited my pregnancy and postpartum period. Yoga as a whole, asanas, pranayamas, visualizations, meditations, mudras... they all helped me during this stage of my life.
My experience with yoga and pregnancy led me to advocate for the proper care and support of the woman's body in each stage of life.
