Enrica is a Yoga pratictioner since 2012 and a Yoga Teacher since 2017.

She studied and learnt the Yogic practices mainly in India in different schools and ashrams thus getting in touch with the authentic tradition and getting to know various styles and approaches.  

She is very passionate about Pranayama, Yoga Philosophy and Meditation. She teaches Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Raja Yoga and Yoga for Children.
