Jade is trained in both Yin and Yang Yoga, and loves creating seamless movements between poses, with a focus on breath and safe posture alignment. Her class is one that's going to get you to feel not just what's in your body, but also what's in your heart and mind. She invites you to show up exactly as you are: weirdness and all.
Jade is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
