Maggie Jordan.

She took her first yoga class in 2014. Her roommates laughed that this class was the first time she seemed at peace and not frantic. 

Maggie believes in the importance of breath and alignment in postures honing in on the mind body connection. Being of anxious mind and body she centers her classes on easing these tensions. Breath work, movement and theming are presented creatively each class. Her classes are more than exercise; but a full experience. Her enthusiasm and compassion shine through her words, and relationships. 

Maggie is 200 ytt certified from Dalles, Oregon. She is working on her imagination yoga certification. She specialized in adolescences as she is a certified teacher, reading specialist, and CPR certified. Teaching high school English for eight years is evident in her dependability, enthusiasm, and planning. 

Maggie loves hammocking, aquatics and running. Wish her luck on the marathon she is prepping for. When not outdoors Maggie loves spending time with her dog Moose.
