Ann Schreppers is a lifelong dancer and passionate about embodiment of yogic teachings into our daily life. Yoga and movement is an art, one we get the chance express and experience our purest essence into this world. 

She is passionate about leadership through yoga and awakens her students inner power through authenticity and honesty. Ann has her own 200 hour yoga teacher training program and supports other teachers in the discovery of their own strengths and authentic voice into this world. Besides, she carries out multiple community projects all over the world where she translates the practices of yoga into tangible and practical tools for personal/ interpersonal development.
