Jan Wright is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Jan has an additional 40 hours Yin & Mindfulness training that she completed with Sarah Lo at Triyoga, London.
Jan has completed her NASAM Premier Level 3 in Personal Training.
Drawing on yoga philosophy and anatomical alignment, Jan teaches a steady paced yoga practice with an emphasis on building physical and strength and mental resilience.
