In my yoga I combine asana practice, pranayama, yoga nidra, sound healing, aromatherapy & meditation. I share the vibrations of my crystal bowls & scents of essential oils with my students while they relax in savasana. I teach vinyasa flow based in ashtanga yoga tradition & also yin yoga. My classes are always accompanied by soft music. I encourage students to find their own flow & rhythm during practice & feel their body through observing breath patterns, heartbeat & different sensations in their physical bodies.
