My name is Emilie, originally from Switzerland, I lived in the US, France, Quebec and I am now enjoying my life in Burlington, Ontario. After many years of dreaming and talking about it, I was finally able to do my Yoga Teacher Training in the spring and thanks to the unconditional love and support of my daughters, I was very happy to graduate in June 2022.
I started my yoga journey in 2015, and it changed my life. It helped me to go through the ups and downs of life with more ease and peace, recover from a car accident and to learn to truly be happy no matter what.
Holistic health is my main interest. I understand the importance of good alignment while exercising, body limitation, the importance of listening to yourself, having a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
Stress is causing so much damage to our physical and mental health, it is important to learn how to stop, pause, relax and restore.
I have studied yoga, meditation, mindfulness, positive psychology, self development, sound healing therapy and I am passionate about naturopathy. I am also a lifeguard and swim instructor since I was adolescent.
I believe that we all deserve to be happy and live a healthy lifestyle that reflects who we truly are. Respecting our mind, body and soul, trying to find the best balanced life.
