Fiona's teaching philosophy is to provide students a grounded and safe practice, guided by a keen understanding of alignment. Upon completing her 200 hours of yoga training, Fiona started teaching at a local studio where she taught hatha, vinyasa, and mobility & movement classes, designed for athletes and runners. In 2020, Fiona started The Yoga Bloc, offering online yoga classes for her students during the pandemic. The year 2020 changed the way we live and made way for new forms of practising and teaching yoga. It brought yoga back to its core - that you can practice it anywhere you are. Come as you are, wherever you are.
