Elizabeth @FarmLoveYoga is a Registered Yoga Teacher 500RYT with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of yoga teacher trainings with multiple Registered Yoga School (RYS). She specializes in bringing awareness to the subtle bodies as much as the physical body and comes from a background of Trauma Informed yoga and Integrated Somatic Trauma therapy training. Private workshops and retreats are the main focus of Elizabeth's healing work in addition to Reiki sessions and Coaching.
