After completing my first 200 hours Yoga Teacher training in Hata I started exploring and I took the 32 hours Accessible Yoga Teacher Training.
I completed then my 500 hours Teacher Training and dived into Yin Yoga. I took the 200 hours Yin Yoga Teacher Training which literally opened my mind and started teaching both Hata/Vinyasa and Yin.
I’m currently still studying to learn more about miofascial Yin (in 2023/2024 I took a Registered 100 hours training on Chinese medicine channels).
