I encountered yoga as a student about 8 years ago, while recovering after an operation, hoping to get help in order to regain physical strength and balance. It certainly did, yoga did much more than that! I have continued to practice on an almost daily basis ever since, and a few years later I have started teaching, all those things that I have discovered through my own practice. 2 years ago I finished my 200RYT Teacher Training in Mexico, which helped me immensely as a practitioner and as a teacher. One year later I visited India, where I completed the 300RYT Teacher Training from Yoga Rishikesh Association of Rishikesh. During my stay and training in India my practice and understanding of yoga went through an important transformation and a seed to deepen the journey forward was planted.
I offer classes that are focused on creating a balanced body-mind connection. Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative or Ashtanga inspired flows, aiming to tailor them to include different options suitable for more practitioners. Breath-work is a fundamental element of the practices I offer, aiming to help relief stress, anxiety and regulate the nervous system. .
