Joshua K Blair is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Joshua teaches a gentle beach yoga based on Lila Yoga (LilaYoga.com) for all levels but especially beginners in both English and Spanish in Mexico. Locals and vacationers are always welcome!
He teaches primarily at Medano beach near Villa Del Arco on the public beach and also teaches yoga on the mountain known as Cerro Z !
Joshua is also an associate member of the PGTAA - Professional Golf Teachers Association of America (https://www.pgtaa.com/ (https://www.pgtaa.com/)) and has developed a unique golf stretch yoga for golfers and guests at the Cabo San Lucas Country Club.
He also teaches yoga on location for vacationers at their vacation home (or on the beach) in Mexico.
