Erin began her journey in meditation and movement in 2010 and is a 500 YTT certified instructor specialising in Integrative Yoga & Breathwork
For much of her life, Erin focussed her fitness efforts in the gym, but eventually discovered that years of intense cardio, HIIT and weights were causing her injuries and worsening her scoliosis. She started investigating other ways to stay fit while also incorporating her love of meditation into her daily exercise. She finally gave up the gym and began studying Integrative Yoga to help her body age more gracefully. Through the process of learning, she discovered she was able to maintain her fitness level while also discovering a peaceful, quiet mind and a lightness of body she’d never before experienced.
Through her practice, Erin discovered a passion for Breathwork and has expanded her knowledge by certifying as a Breathwork Instructor.
With Breathwork, Hatha & Vinyassa, Meditation, Qi Gong, 8 Spinal Movements and Yin Yoga, Erin will help guide you on the path to health, fitness and stillness of mind.
