In my classes I invite the practitioners to slow down the pace to connect with the wisdom of the body. The slow flow invites us to witness our own patterns through the body and the breath. The practice assists us in embodying life by observing, rather than doing, and by allowing the postures to hold us, rather than us holding the posture.
By witnessing our tendencies on the mat, we can come to a deeper understanding of our behaviours off the mat. We can awaken to a more balanced approach to life.
The gentle nature of my classes make them accessible to beginners, and for the more advanced practitioner it presents the opportunity to dive deep into practice. All are welcome.
