Julie Poast is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
A longtime yoga practitioner, I spent over 20 years working in corporate marketing before deciding to follow my passion and become a yoga teacher. My purpose: to help people feel strong in body and calm in spirit.
I earned my 500 hours of teacher training through YogaWorksⓇ, focused on an alignment-based Vinyasa style of yoga. Since then, I have also secured additional training and certifications in Chair Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yoga for Low Back Care, Yoga for Osteoporosis, and Restorative Yoga.
