Hi, I'm Bhavisha! I'm a 200hr graduate, trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa. I am an all levels Yoga instructor, with an aim to encourage and empower students to find their inner strength and light, through the conscious exploration of the body and mind through breath. I believe that Yoga is for every body, and I aim to create a safe and comfortable environment where students can explore their path deeper by engaging with the transformative practices of Yoga. My intention when teaching is to bring the mind and body together in unity, in order to find a place of stillness and contentment within one's self.
I have been teaching group classes on zoom since October 2021 as well as 1-1 sessions for the past year, which are tailored to an individual's needs and goals.
I specialise in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga Primary series, Restorative Yoga and Power Yoga.
