I currently teach yin yoga and restorative classes at a local studio, chair yoga classes at a wellness center for seniors, as well as one-on-one sessions. I believe in accessible yoga and adapting the practice to best meet the needs of each individual I teach. I completed my YTT200 training with Nancy Kaul at KC Yoga Kula, Yin Yoga training with Addie DeHilster at Moved to Meditate, and am currently working toward my YTT300 training with Jules Mitchell.
