I started practicing yoga following the desire to have an hour of personal space, between days full of commitments, stress, work and family responsibilities. Soon, I discovered the power of Yoga, capable of continually making and asking for space, underlining what is really important in a person's life, tracing a path that smells of travel at every step.
A strong positive energy led me to understand what to do to be happy and, bringing enormous changes, I decided to become a Yoga and Meditation teacher and then proceed to further specializations, always with the desire to discover, know, spread. According to my way of conceiving the path of the yoga teacher, as a person who works on himself to put himself at the service of the well-being of others, I consider continuous personal training to be of fundamental importance in order to stay in contact with his own deep part in order to being able to offer authentic experiences and support for everyone's needs.
The dream of opening my own Yoga Center is coming true with "Yoghattha®", the first step of a large project that I want to carry out to allow others to benefit from that peace and serenity that I have finally found.
Gunamaya, meaning person who is based on all good qualities, is the Sanskrit name given to me during the Meditation initiation Ananda Marga and it is my duty to continue honoring it.
